Orders in. Busywork out.
Customer POs arrive full of item nicknames, box sizes and units like bundles, cases and rolls. Ordessa turns each one into order lines matched to your catalog, puts every line next to the text it came from, and holds the order until someone on your team approves it.
Pilot applications aren't open yet. The application form will appear here once it opens.
The demo and the preview below use fictional sample orders and run entirely in your browser. Their extraction is a simple sample, not AI.
- Matches SKUs, nicknames and box sizes
- Flags units you don't sell in
- Catches re-sent POs
- Nothing exports without approval

Built around the way your customers actually order
Units that matter
A bundle of 25 is not 25 eaches. Each catalog item carries the units you sell it in, and anything else is flagged before it reaches a picker.
Sizes are never guessed
A 16×12×12 box will not be matched to a 16×12×10 one. If the dimensions on the PO don't match an item you stock, the line stays open for review.
Your customers' words
“Tan tape”, “hand wrap”, “small bubble”. Add the names customers use to your catalog and they match like item numbers do.
From inbox to approved order in four steps
Load your catalog
Import a CSV of item numbers, descriptions, selling units and customer nicknames. Bad rows are reported, never silently dropped.
Bring in the PO
Paste the order text. In pilot workspaces, text PDFs and forwarded emails can be switched on during setup.
Review what's flagged
Fix or confirm the lines that need a person: unknown items, odd units, missing quantities, possible repeat orders.
Approve and export
A team member approves under their own login. The order downloads as a CSV, and changing anything later needs a new approval.
Faster entry, same sign-off
Ordessa does the typing and the cross-checking. Your staff decides what ships.
- Every order line shows the exact text it came from
- Lines it isn't sure about are marked, never filled in silently
- Re-sent POs and same-items-new-PO-number orders are caught
- Approval is recorded with the reviewer's login and time
- Edit after approval and the order needs approving again
A small private pilot, set up with you
- We're running a small private pilot with packaging distributors, targeting October 24, 2026.
- Pasted order text works today. Text PDFs and forwarded email are built and switched on per pilot workspace; scanned PDFs are not supported yet.
- Export is a CSV file; there are no direct ERP integrations yet.
- AI reading of real customer documents stays switched off until it is set up and reviewed.
Pilot applications aren't open yet.
$1,499 / month
Proposed pilot pricing. No payment is collected and no charges are live.
Questions
Does it use AI?
Not today. Orders are read by rules that look for quantities, units, item numbers, box sizes and your customers' names for your products. An AI reading step is built but stays switched off until it has been set up and reviewed for pilot customers. Either way, a person approves every order.
What do we need to start?
A CSV export of your catalog (item number, description and selling unit, plus any customer nicknames you know) and a few recent purchase orders to test with.
Which order systems does it connect to?
None directly yet. Approved orders download as a CSV with the source text and approver, which you can import or key into your system.
Can it read PDFs and forwarded emails?
PDFs that contain text, and forwarded emails, are built for pilot workspaces and are switched on per workspace during setup. Scanned PDFs (pictures of paper) are not supported yet.
Where is our data kept?
Each company's catalog and orders are stored separately in our database provider (Supabase), behind sign-in, and the site is hosted on Vercel. The public demo never sends what you paste to our servers. See the privacy notice.
